I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for more than 3 years now & I am so happy to have found him. He is very professional and knowledgeable, he answers all of my questions and offers solutions. I even started bringing my teenager to his office. He is an excellent caregiver with excellent bedside manner. Most people in the office is pleasant with a couple of exceptions. MARIA LIED AND TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE HE ONLY HAD OPEN AVAILABILITY FOR "NEW PATIENTS" IN NOVEMBER AFTER SHE WROTE ME A MESSAGE STATING MARCH WOULD BE THE NEXT OPEN DATE. He is one of the only physicians available in the area for my Medicare program. After the automated system hung up on me me for 2 days, l finally got through to set up an appointment today. 3 weeks ago, l was told his appointments were scheduling into March but l had to wait until February to schedule anything.
