great care and experience was great
I made an appointment to see Dr Westmorland yesterday. The person I spoke with said she had an opening today at 10:40, I said I was going to write it on my calendar while she was on the phone. I repeated 10:40, right? She said yes. When I got there at 10:33 the receptionist said I was more than 13 minutes late and the “system” automatically put me down as a no show because the system had my appointment for 10:20. If you have 3 no shows, they evaluate if they want to keep you as a patient. So, I decided to find another doctor... read more
