Scheduled an appointment 3 months ago, and the week before I was called and told the doctor will be on vacation. You’d think they’d have some replacement appointments available but nope, I am now scheduled over two months from now. I will change my review if they actually put me at the top of the waitlist and I get a call about a sooner appointment, but I’m definitely not holding my breath. Now I have to go back to a doctor I had an awful experience with just for medication management.
Every time I go, I feel like I am with family. Always caring, answering all my questions and ensuring that my health is their primary concern. This office is 10 times better than my previous doctor's office in New Braunfels. I am glad I changed provider.
Dr. Leslie Westmoreland is a very attentive and caring primary care physician. She really listens and cares, is knowledgeable and has been working with me on a health issue and has really helped me be successful with what I wanted as the outcome. I value her care and opinions very much.
