I highly recommend Dr. Alex and his team. I first found this clinic online when I needed help with my dog’s euthanasia, which was one of the hardest moments for my family. Dr. Alex and the entire team were incredibly caring, compassionate, and respectful throughout the process. They made a very difficult time a little easier for us. I was also deeply touched when they later sent me a handwritten card. Their kindness truly meant a lot. Thank you for your compassion and support.
I can’t rate this vet highly enough. I showed up today unannounced with my dog who had a bone stuck in her back teeth. Unfortunately I had just missed the vet. Not only did the nurse settle my dog, she calmed me and then looked after my fur baby while I ran to get my car. She called another branch and had them waiting for me when I arrived. Have been visiting for four years and service is always fantastic.
Great vet. Staff are really helpful and accommodating. Super knowledgeable. Multiple pets there in the last 12 months. All doing great, thanks to them. Actually the best vet I've ever been to.
Nurse was wonderful, so caring and kind. Highly recommend.
