I had a great experience with this clinic! I needed help with paperwork for taking my dog to China, and they were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Before my visit, they communicated with me by email to carefully review and confirm all the required documents. They even contacted CFIA themselves to make sure everything was accurate for international travel requirements, which I really appreciated. A great team. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. We brought our cat in for a serious dental problem, and Dr. Alex was incredibly caring. He patiently explained everything to us and made sure we understood the situation. Unlike many places, it truly feels like our furry friends are his top priority. Very caring and professional! Not in it just for the money! They actually care about you and your pets! The Dr even did a follow up phone call on Sunday! Can't say enough about this clinic! 10 stars!
I called them for my cat vaccination.at the phone they told me they will charge $200 all but second time I also paied another$200
Doctor Alex is AMAZING. I am a foster with a rescue and I went there due to the rescue and met Dr. Alex. He is such an amazing doctor and truly cares for the pet. He will go to great lengths to help. Love this place and I am considering bringing my own pets to him.
