This doctor is THE BEST. She and the team are very friendly and professional. I never feel nervous or rushed. They thoroughly explain every detail of what was to take place. At the end, they take care to ensure I am good and go over next steps.
Had my colonoscopy procedure at Kaiser Franklin GI department. Dr Stark is professional, thorough, and has done an excellent job in her detailed report. Also met her wonderful team of nurses, especially, Kate, who is warm, friendly, assuring, and professional. She put me at ease before the procedure.
The nurse helped me handle the whole experience. She was great. Dr. Stark explained the procedure clearly and was easy to work with. My colonoscopy was excellent.
I arrived quite early for the appt. The nurse prepared me for the procedure and started an IV. At 15 min. past the appointment time the nurse called the physician. The physician arrived 18 min. late for the 30min. appt. and did not greet me. She came in and said she needed to review my chart. She came to stand beside me (I was wearing jeans, a shirt, and tennis shoes--fully clothed--and a short gown over the upper half of my body). The physician said, "Polyps.
