I had surgery on my foot and he did a great job. I was going through hard times with my job and lost my medical insurance , so I could not pay the bill. Dr, Rousseau send bills , but never collections. About 6 months later , I had some money and called the office to pay the bill.
Back in 2019, I used a different Dr to have surgery on my right ankle. It never really healed right, so I went in search of a new Dr that could help my situation. I was referred to Dr. Rousseau by the VA and it was the best choice ever! From the start, Dr. Rousseau was concerned and caring about my situation. He's saw the pain I was in and he told me that he was going to repair my ankle to make it better than before! Did a great job removing my ingrown toenails. Been several years and results are still fabulous! Highly recommend! This was a permanent removal - nailed and all.
Called for an ulcer in my foot. Left a message. They never called me back.
From first phone call to explanation of aftercare my experience was above and beyond. His friendly , professional and compassionate staff made sure I was comfortable and informed. Dr. Rousseau carefully explained my condition, options and possible outcomes for each scenario. I am very happy with the treatment I received.
