I also want to add that I called in today after hours to request an update on my policy. Elizabeth did a great job helping me. Thanks Michael Sause from the State Farm office is patient and very effective. I am always able to reach him. I had been talking to him over 3 years before I actually signed up for State Farm. Currently he provides me with home and auto policies. He helped me with a quote which saved me money versus what I was paying before. Great job!
