Legendary team here; Dr. Park is awesome and very to the point in a pleasant way. I’m a hyperactive on account of my white coat syndrome apparently and she managed my erratic behavior better than most. Also, Renee is a legend. Attentive, supportive, and managed my irritability with regards to my apprehension to needles based on my bad experiences in the past. She nailed the blood work and I didn’t even realize she was done; usually I get poked 10 times before I get blood drawn. Legends.
The doctor is acceptable. Their staff are incompetent and aggressive. Would not recommend the office for that reason. For an average doctor there are many other options where staff gives you the appropriate instructions for exams and appointments. Disappointing.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Leslie Park. I was running 10 minutes late and called the reception to inform them, yet no one mentioned that the doctor would be leaving. By the time I arrived, she was already gone. After driving an hour to get there, this was incredibly frustrating. I am a doctor myself and this lack of communication and professionalism from both the staff and the doctor is unacceptable.
