Dr Chanasue's office requested a referral for me for dermatology but it was not entered correctly to my TriCare insurance. I have spoken to the office manager Laurica who said the referral was written and she promised to look into where it was and why it was not correctly sent to my insurance. However, she did not call me back and then she did not respond to several of my messages. The Mercy clinic advocate Brenda has also been trying to reach her. Now the dermatologist is sending me to collections. Absolutely unacceptable.
I have had some terrible experiences with this office over the last three months. I called in December of 2024 asking if i needed to see my primary care physician in person or not to get referred to an orthopedic doctor. I was informed that i did not need to see the doctor and that i should wait for a call from the place they were referring me to. I waited a month and a half and never got a call. i called back and they told me that i did in fact need to come in and see her. i said that is fine and i scheduled my appointment.... read more
The doctor and staff are very kind. They do a great job keeping their appointment times accurate and don't make you wait.
Wonderful office! Great team from the front desk to the providers. I've seen both Dr. Chanasue and NP Tammy and they are wonderful, as well as the nurse! Can't say enough good things!
