I am a new patient at River Street Dental in Newberg, Oregon. I absolutely love them. Very kind and professional. My hygienist is Ellie. She is so awesome. Explained every step of the procedures she was doing on me. I let her know from the get go I have a fear of dentists. I know longer do. I would recommend them 100 percent. Ask for Ellie. My husband just received a letter from a collections agency on a bill that was several years old... They never sent us an invoice, left us a voicemail or told him in person (it was an old bill and he continued to go here, they could've just told him directly). We are NOT the type of people who avoid responsibilities and are completely shocked at how this was handled! Extremely poor office management and communication skills!! Do better!
