Great pharmacy with excellent service. Ashraf, the pharmacy manager, is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his patients. He always takes the time to explain medications and make sure everything is handled smoothly. Highly recommend this pharmacy.
I have been a loyal customer of this IDA pharmacy for over 20 years, trusting them with my entire medical history. Unfortunately, I will no longer be returning due to a significant lack of due diligence and poor communication. Recently, my doctor changed my medication dosage and frequency. When I went to pick up my refill, the pharmacy staff incorrectly assumed I was trying to pick it up "too early."
