I was referred to this office and was told that I would be getting a phone call to set up an appointment I waited and I called for a month and couldn't get ahold of anyone and they sent back to my referring Dr. That I missed my appointment and that they weren't taking any new patients . I Never had an appointment They didn't have to lie if they made a mistake ok just don't lie and sayI missed an appointment I didn't have .
Dr Hoffman is always patient & caring. Doesn’t miss a thing. Explains why & what for! I always come away with a sense of calm & peace after seeing this lovely physician!
