I am a realtor and I met Russell when one of my buyers used the Jacobs law firm for title insurance for their closing. They did a good job and when subsequently I took on a new client who needed extensive legal help I referred the Jacobs Group. This new client had a myriad of needs and Russell and his team were up to the challenge. The team came through on a very difficult file. Russell and his staff and smart, capable and dedicated.

Russell S Jacobs does just enough to get by. His work required a bit of tweaking. Areas that I believe Mr. Jacobs could improve are: - responsiveness - attention to detail - general knowledge of HOA related law. We will probably go with a different attorney next time.
