I broke two ankle bones and was in a lot of pain when the ski patrol brought me to the clinic near closing time. Everyone was so helpful, kind and gentle. They saved my gear, coordinated with my ski partner, and did x-rays and got results immediately. They created a temporary cast and set me up with crutches so I could travel home. The experience was more pleasant than traumatic due to their kindness and efficiency. I am so grateful I didn't have to ride in an ambulance and wait in an emergency room in a strange city.
After such an unfortunate accident I was very fortunate to be in the care of Dr. Rassner. She not only diagnosed my rare injury but provided direction and referrals for full recovery. Dr. Rassner also responded to my messages that evening and the next day with additional recommendations based on research and her experience.
Dr. Rassner and the rest of the staff was very personable, caring, professional, and knowledgeable.
The care at this facility was beyond expectation. Thank you to all the staff for your quick response and care.
The team here was attentive and incredibly helpful when I arrived at the very end of the day with a suspected ACL injury. I’m thankful they were able to keep me calm while attending to my injury. Thank you.
