I've been seeing Dr Norton for many years. She's a good listener, never makes me feel rushed and often makes time for additional care at visits. She's been extremely helpful managing my knee pain, in fact I prefer to see her for this over the orthopedic clinic. I like that her explanations are clear, thorough, and she often jots down notes i can take with me. Dr Norton offers options for treatment without being pushy. Dr. Norton is such a great and caring doctor. She answers my questions and I feel she genuinely cares about me and my health. I find her to be a very respectful, kind and caring person.. I also like her nurse Renee. She's always been kind and professional.
Had an 11:00am appt. Arrived at 10:43am. Sent to exam room at 10:55am and waited until 11:20am without seeing Dr. Norton nor was i checked on by her nurse Renee. When i excited the exam room nurse Renee was reading a magazine and did not offer an apology for the Dr's tardiness or offer to reschedule. I felt extremely disrespected. If this is an indication of patient treatment at North Memorial-St. anthony, i have no intention of ever returning there nor would i recommend them.
