We have used Leslie Electric many times, and they are unfailingly accommodating and professional. Have had routine work done at mine and my mother's house, as well as complex situations, and all have been handled with friendly professional service.
These guys do great work. The gentleman they sent over to put our transfer switch in, was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Did a very nice job. Would recommend them if you need electrical work.
It was 12 days before I received a call back after leaving a message which I assumed was because of the holidays and understandable. They came the following day to assess and I have not seen them since (118 days ago). Each time I called to check in they explained they were backlogged, which I completely understand, but when you tell me that you are going to call me each week to give me a time frame and never do… that is unacceptable.
