HORRIBLE experience with the receptionist and the lack of transperency regarding billing. It took me 20 minutes just to book the appointment, I gave them all my insurance information to set an eye exam for my child, 2 hours later as we are checking out we are informed that a part of the exam is not covered by my insurance. At no time was I informed that this service would not be covered, or the cost of such service before hand. Besides being a bit difficult to get to, once you are there, the staff is extremely friendly and comforting. The technician are very professional and friendly, and Dr. Gordon is very knowledgeable, communicates issues well, and show interest in seeing you get better. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking at getting high quality care. 5+ Stars
