She shared helpful sales data for our community and beyond, walked us through every aspect of the prep, staging, open house, offers, and final closing. There are a nice collection of restaurants and bars here, convenient to the most high-end shopping the county has to offer. Tucked away from the busy Wisconsin avenue, it feels like an oasis. They even have a nice terrace astroturf area for movie nights, blocking off the through traffic, which brings families with space for the kids to run around safely. The parking garage is very conveniently located as well as the above ground parking.
So easy to work with, so much experience, and best of all, Leslie had a wonderful understanding of what my wife and I were looking for and how to make it happen. As first-time home buyers, she did a phenomenal job preparing us, even with under 24 hours' notice to make an offer over the weekend. She would often check in with suggestions for places to visit, without being pushy, and eventually found the perfect place for us. We couldn't be happier, and next time I'm ready to buy or sell, Leslie's my first call.
I don't even know where to start to show my appreciation for having Leslie Dembinski as our realtor.
