Amy Peguese might need to retire because her attitude is entitled, and you can tell she’s never worked a day in customer service. If this is how you represent yourself, and she represents the company, you can lose my business. Never in my entire life have I been spoken to with such disrespect and attitude. I can take the heat and never really complain, but the way she is representing your business outside your walls is beyond baffling.
As a delivery person you should assist with having easy accessible bathroom. Waiting 30 mins and no one coming to a door you had to wall around the large building for, sign in and watch a safety video is ridiculous. Bad B2B.
