As a delivery person you should assist with having easy accessible bathroom. Waiting 30 mins and no one coming to a door you had to wall around the large building for, sign in and watch a safety video is ridiculous. Bad B2B.

Being in sales for over 15 years I have never experienced such poor customer service. They won't respond to emails and when they do it's too late as the customer I'm doing business with has went somewhere else as I am trying to do the same. I hope I don't have to come back again.
