Textbook doctor.
Dr. Coello has been my primary Dr. for 14 years. Yes, she has strong character, however she is very thorough, knowledgeable on what she's doing. At one point, she was alone in the office, Watson had not given her help, were all human and she was trying her best. I have no complaints, don't confuse rudeness, with being straight forward. When she comes in the office, she may look serious, but you need to look beyond that, I give her a big smile ask about her family, and it takes away pressure she may have at that time. Zero stars, negative stars if I could. Quite honestly the WORST experience I could’ve experienced as a new mom at my newborns 1st appointment. 1st, the doctor had the wrong records & patient information. I finally had to ask “are you sure you have the right patient information?” Then she realized she had the wrong records. Completely unacceptable. She was extremely off putting, dismissed every true question I had & never actually gave any answers. Just don’t waste your time even bothering be seen here.
Excellent communication. Speaks coherently. Very knowledgeable. Straight-to-the-point. You won't be waiting for an hour and a half for things to get going.
