Dr. Cherian was excellent. I can’t say enough about how thorough, clinically strong, and investigative she was in her approach to my mom’s care. She diagnosed a critical illness that had been missed for years by my mother’s pulmonologist. We were able to get mom life-saving treatment because of Dr. Cherian’s intervention. Everything about mom’s care thereafter was influenced by her wisdom and counsel. I am beyond thankful to her and the whole medical team (nurses were also excellent) at Advent. Horrible service! Leslie, was NOT thorough. She refused to do more than the bare minimum. She admitted to find evidence to a certain diagnosis but said she would not do anymore exams and that I would just have to wait to see the specialist. When I asked to see the on call specialist, she refused my request. So I started calling around for specialist… 11 to be exact! Soonest appointment was for the first week in May. I told Leslie this, she said “that’s not my problem. I can’t control people’s schedules” and she still refused... read more
Completely useless. Couldn’t be bothered to even examine patient despite repeated attempts to call for doctor after they were left in agony for over 1 1/2 hours!!
