My partner rents out the unit and was annoyed several times by the management regarding a leak case. Then the tenants left without continuing another term. I write and conversation on behalf of my partner with Antoniette regarding a leak case of the unit. My partner was accused of water leaking from the stand-up shower to the lower unit without any proof from Antoniette. My partner hired a plumber to investigate and verified it was a false case. Terrible experience living here. In my experience, Goldview Management does almost nothing except take maintenance fees every month while serious issues are ignored. The gym is awful, and the overall living conditions are poor. Units constantly have plumbing and sewage problems, which makes day-to-day living miserable.
