Gold view Management has to be the worst, they don’t do anything they get paid basically to just put up signs and send out stupid emails. The girl in the office I believe her name is Antoinette is seriously the laziest management personal I have ever met and she doesn’t do anything good for the building. The swimming pool is a waste of money and just racks up maintenance fees and the gym is well. Great place to live in. 1 minute walk to both Go and subway station. Building is very clean and safe.
Great building, the new management has really turned things around, keep it up.
