I went to this woman after a relocation as I needed a new neurologist. Her website indicated she treats neurological conditions. Which I assumed included neurological conditions that causes headaches. I brought all of my neurologist and neurologist sub specialists notes and diagnostic testing results which were all abnormal. Avoid at all costs. Dr. Masood may present as professional, but she works for the insurance company — not for you. She dismissed serious, well-documented medical issues, relied on selective and inaccurate records, and ignored multiple evaluations from respected specialists. Her conclusions felt pre-written and shockingly one-sided.She didn’t ask the right questions, didn’t listen meaningfully, and showed no concern for the patient’s lived reality. I have been suffering from migraines and other headaches for almost 10 years. I have seen headache specialists all over the country. I really feel like Dr. Masood took me seriously and made herself available and willing to help. We are in the process of trying to get the best treatment plan for me, and I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time!
I have been going to Dr. Masood for a few years and she is wonderful. She took the time to ask a lot of questions and explain things. I have had migraines for 25 years and she actually found medicine that decreases the amount of migraines per month and reduces the pain level.
I had a stroke several years ago and lost some of my vision. I had a second stroke and Dr. Masood did a much more extensive work up for my stroke than my previous neurologist. She found what caused my stroke which evidently was related to a defect in my heart. The defect was repaired and I've been doing well ever since. Go to this doctor! She cares and spends so much time with me each and every visit!
She walks in and immediately starts complaining about how many patients she's already seen for the day. The examination was extremely rushed. She explained a few things about my condition and then proceeds to tell me that she's not going to give me or prescribe me any type of medication. We discussed a few more things and again she repeats that she's not going to prescribe me any type of medication. Evidently she must have a lot of drug seekers. I'm not and I felt quite offended. Didn't listen.

Excellent Doctor. Really took her time to make sure she understood all of my goals of care and addressed them each individually. She did not rush or brush anything off. Really could feel the care she had for her patients.
