We have filed a grievance against Leslie Lyness with our insurance company, filed a complaint with The Deptment of Health and Human Services, Board of Registration in Medicine and I'm writing as many bad reviews as I can. She should not be allowed to treat people the way she treated my husband and I.
I cannot say enough about Dr Leslie Lyness , she saved my daughters life. My daughter was flown into baystate medical with a TBI from an accident. The extent of her injury was so severe she had to have a bilateral craniotomy which is a very rare surgery to preform and the survival rate is not good. We were told my daughter had a very slim chance to survive but they would do everything they could to try and save her! I think it was 3-4 hours later Dr Lyness came out of the OR to tell us my daughter survived the surgery!! As m... read more
Dr. Lyness is absolutely amazing. She cares about her patients, is straight forward and a great surgeon. She is down to earth, knows her stuff and wants nothing more then to find your problem, fix it and let you get on with your life. Her Neuro skills are top notch and Baystate should be proud to have her, wish I could give her more then 5 stars to be honest.
