I’ve been a long time patient. But due to recent issues with a prescription and being ignored by her pa’s, I’ve changed pcp. It’s very disrespectful to read your messages in my chart then not respond. Promise your prescriptions are being full filled as requested and are not. Seems like I’m no longer wanted as a patient by both Dr Park as well as her staff.

one of the worst experiences ever. The office staff is rude, disorganized and if you ever need to speak to someone, good luck, this is old school doctor office rules here.... no one answers the phone, no one calls back.
She is a wonderful doctor and her staff is great as well. Her office is very knowledgeable and willing to help with whatever they can. I highly recommend Dr. Park and her office.
