I'm writing this review to warn other brides who might be considering her services. Major Issues: Unreliable Communication: Communication was fine before I signed the contract, but after that it was a completely different story. Leading up to my wedding date, she rarely responded to messages in a timely manner, creating unnecessary stress during wedding planning. I had an amazing experience ! My hair and makeup were perfect for our wedding. Diane and Lesley were super attentive and professional. Everyone was super happy with their hair/makeup looks. The whole crew was super fun to work with and brought great vibes to the bridal suite !
I hired Lesley to do my hair and makeup for my elopement in Moab and I am so happy that I did. We did a trial in her SLC studio the day I flew in. In Moab, she did my hair and makeup on location not just once, but twice - we had sunrise and sunset activities and I took my makeup off and hair out in between during our break. I had my hair and makeup done by Lesley three times for my wedding and I was blown away every time!! We did an elopement in Moab with a sunrise first look which meant Lesley had to start at 3am, she completely nailed the look. Later that day we had our ceremony and dinner, Lesley did my HMU again before that so we could do a slightly different look and my moms HMU which she looked stunning!
