Do not have uour items sent here. On the door it says 10am to 5pm Monday thru Saturday. I go to pick up items Friday at 4:46 and store was closed. I then went to Mannys two doors down and the man behind the desk said they close at 5 and not open Saturday. It is an inconvenience to ppl trying to retrieve their packages. Once I do receive my package I will no longer use them as a UPS access point. They false advertise and are unprofessional. And I will be reporting them ASAP.
I went to this location twice to pick up my package in between store hours and the door was locked!! I still haven’t been able to get my package and there is only a few days left. This should not be a place of business if it is not open when it should be get hold peoples packages
I came to pick up a package and according to the website it said you were open until 6p as per UPS states. I get there at 5:40p and the gates are locked up and shut down. So now I have to come back 2 days later to get a package that I should have been able to get in the first place. Fix your.hours
