Great service and friendly
DON'T TRUST THIS BUSINESS! Zero stars will be best. I had an alignment appointment for my truck. My truck was released with my outer tie rod end depleted of all the grease Ieaving it dry and dangerous. I packed them prior to dropping it off.The fastening bolt on that same tie rod end was hand loose out the gate with no cotter pins on my inner or outer driver side tie rod ends! Vernon tried to charge me 30 mins for installing two cotter pins. When I tried asking him why it would take 30 mins? He hung up on me and dismissed th... read more
Horrible experience. My Van use to start up on the 1st try until a rodent ate my wires so I took my Van to get wiring done only and now it does not start or run like it did before i had the wires done by them. Then they kept upselling me for spark plugs that they said was the problem so i had them replaced by them, which I did not need. Then they said it was my radiator and or fuel pump.
