I contacted Bob about a problem with a maytag washer I had, he was very helpfull and helped me toubleshoot the problem over the phone. he called me back an hour later to inform me of a possible recall and what was offered. Thank you for the time you spent with me without getting paid just to help someone, That is what customer service is all about. I called Bob because my refrigerator quit working. He asked me some questions about my refrigerator and what it was doing, and gave me some information on possible problems and pricing. He was able to come out the same day and had the parts neccesary for the repair on his van. He stayed with the price he quoted on the phone. I will surely use him again and would recommend him to anyone who needs appliance service.
