I recently visited Dr. Banko, following Heart Surgery. Dr. Banko provided me with great and exceptional care. He allowed me more than enough time to explain my concerns. Moreover, he reviewed multiple reports and notes of my previous Doctors. In addition, Dr. Banko showed excellent provision and suggested an effective treatment plan to figure the reasons of my symptoms.
Dr. Banko was the attending when I was hospitalized for AFIB, heart failure, tachycardia. He was wonderful. Upon discharge, I was sent to another cardiologist who, in my opinion, was inattentive, and overworked. I requested a change, and was sent to Dr. Banko. He is perfect for me. He addresses my concerns, takes his time and I never feel rushed or dismissed. His staff is wonderful. Never a problem with echoes, monitoring, etc. Would highly recommend.
You'll have an office staff telling you that they "should have done" this when it comes to getting referrals BEFORE the actual day of your appointment. I had been waiting 2 months for my appointment only to have it rescheduled out another month THEN notified the day of the appointment that my referral is no longer valid because it expired. It doesn't matter how good the Dr is if their office staff is inept.
I have had dr banko about 12 years he is a exclent dr banko i would trust him with my life .
