Je déconseille fortement, cette immeuble commence à être délabré, les gérants ne l’entretienne absolument pas, il y a un gros gros soucis d’isolation pour les fenêtres il y a constamment de la condensation, ce sont encore des vieilles fenêtres en aluminium qui n’ont jamais été changés depuis la construction qui n’est pas récente. Les ascenseurs tombent souvent en pannes, les portes d’entrées des condos ne sont pas insonorisés on entend tout. Below are the following problems we have in the building. 1) We have two elevators, but since that rain that flooded several garages in Montreal, only the service elevator has been working. I've waited 15 minutes because I had several bags of groceries. Weekends are terrible because there are moving services and the elevator gets stuck. The office doesn't tell us why the elevator is out of service, much less when it will be back in service.
