Just went for a viewing at Les Terrasses Gabrielle. I was very impressed by the cleanliness, organization and the friendly staff. Very good atmosphere, great tenants. I am looking forward to being the new superintendent at this location. Cheers.
Big shout out to the married couple Stephanie and Chris that look after the building. Both are very friendly and open to your concerns that get fixed right away if possible. 411 North River Rd is a get location for shopping lowblaws one block away.Bike and pedestrians' paths close by. Great neighbors every 2 months a gathering of tenants new and old to meet light snacks bring your own drinks.Roof top patio with a barbecue Thanks again, Spenhaine and Chris, for all your hard work.
Don't rent here if you need the elevator, its continuously peed in and theyve stopped spraying it after. Important updates - a tenant has been letting their dog pee in the elevators twice a day for the last 6 months. It has been reported, but nothing has been done to stop it. The carpets were cleaned Monday but the dog peed again yesterday. Also - the package delivery system is there but none of us are registered in it and the delivery companies dont know how to use it. The management is always there when you need help. Administrator and superintendent deserve more than 5 star.
Have been living here for two and a half years. Love the location the building and my neighbours. The staff is lovely ad very helpful. Bilge and Aziz have been terrific to work with. A terrific place to live.
