We were referred to Medipsy for an ADHD assessment for our two sons. We shopped around before choosing them. The price was decent and they were around the corner from where we live so we ended up going with them. The entire process was simply flawless. Everything was clear and done within the (slightly tight) delays and deadlines we had. They bent over backwards to accommodate us with scheduling - that was truly appreciated.
I originally went for ADHD testing. They harassed me with invoices. First, the invoices have to be paid 48 hours before appointments. One even has to be paid a whole month before your appointment. If that isn't bad enough, they alternate between failing to send the invoices then harass you when they're not paid and sending the same invoice a month, two weeks, and again a week before it's due.
