I called Polarbear when my 13 year old Fujitsu died in May. Alexa was amazing, she asked all of the right questions about my needs and then sent me 4 quotes for different units. We did some back and forth and I selected a 15k split unit Daikin thermopump. The installation went well and the 2 technicians left my condo all cleaned up after they were done. The owner Sam came by a few nights later to install a breaker and the unit started right up. Polarbear takes their job to heart. I am very pleased.

C'est la deuxième fois que je fais affaire avec cette compagnie et je suis vraiment satisfait! Alexa aux ventes et service-client est toujours aussi sympathique et efficace. Peter et son collègue ont fait un super beau boulot et installé deux thermopompes complètes en une seule journée. Ils ont protégé tous les planchers, ramassé les déchets et pris le temps d'analyser les logements pour optimiser les deux installations. Je suis très content du résultat pour un prix très compétitif.
