Called this company as a friend recommended to get replacement parts for my washer. A man answered the phone and I asked him to speak english as I'm not good at speaking french and he replied "go to school idiot" and hung up... very rude.
Really friendly service, he came the next day and even though the dryer is not reparable, he took the time to explain everything and write it down, so I can properly explain to my landlord. I was happy to see that he cleaned up after himself very thoroughly.
Service A1 de qualité et honnête et solution environnementale. Les pièces sont parfois dispendieuses mais c’est le prix à payer pour éviter de jeter des électroménagers aux poubelles alors qu’ils peuvent rendre de précieux services. Mais surtout permet d’éviter l’achat de nouveaux électroménagers pour lesquels les réparations sont souvent impossibles.
Gilles est le meilleur!!
