I had a screw in my tire so I went online and scheduled an appointment for the next day at noon.
I've been going to Les Schwab for over 40 years in prior to that my daddy always went there and told me they were always service oriented and did things right. They have always performed to their high standards and honored their warranties
I don’t live in Saint Helens but I was driving through town and hit a curb by accident. Absolutely destroyed my tire, almost an hour after Les Schwab closed. But when I pulled in the parking lot, the two workers who were about to leave for the night immediately started to help me. When it became clear that my little jack and donut weren’t going to get me going again, they opened the bay door and brought out the heavy floor jack, took off my bad tire, found me an appropriate replacement and got me back on the road to Portland... read more
