Took 3 hrs for a tire rotation .wasn't very happy!
My family visits Lake County every summer. This summer we got the pleasure of meeting a screw that flattened one of tires. I easily made an 8:00 AM appointment on the Les Schwab website. I arrived a bit before 8:00. They opened right at 8:00. My car was on the rack by about 8:05 and I was on my way by 8:20. The staff were very professional and pleasant. And there was no fee. The staff member simply said, “Remember us when you need new tires.” And I definitely will. Thank you.
Manager begrudgingly made me an appointment. Acted like I was an inconvenience to him. I canceled and went elsewhere. Have heard shop does a decent job, but I'll never find out.
I've not had the privilege of doing business with Les Schwab Tire Center for quite some time. I worked with the company when Dave Sor ran the business as Mission Mountain Tire Center. I recently had some work done on my Truck at the Polson Center and found the personnel very accommodating and the service very professional and customer oriented. The service on my vehicle was repaired and I am very happy with the results. "I will return".
