Tire service is first come first serve, you can't make an appointment. I don't think they understand the concept of first come first serve. I arrived a half hour before they opened. I was the first one in the door when they opened. Ii waited over three hours in the lobby before my truck was taken in for service. In that three hours at least a half dozen other people showed up, got their tires fixed, and drove away. Good customer service and clean environment.
My sister was driving through Polson on the way home from school and had a wheel bearing that failed. The Polson location diagnosed the bad bearing in 40 minutes and had it replaced the next day, for less than the quoted price. Then the ABS light came on because the wheel speed sensor had gotten broken at some point. The folks at the Polson location took the car back in, diagnosed a bad wheel speed sensor and then called ahead to a different Les Schwab so my sister could get it repaired on warranty when she got home.
