The employee stated after hours to help us get back on the road. A rock rolled down the mountain on the stretch of road that has all the cherry orchards. We hit it and instant flat tire blow out. Tow truck came but it wasn’t gonna make it by the time Les Schwab closed. So relieved to get back on the road thanks to the awesome employees.
These guys were lifesavers! Special shout out to Landen who met us on the side of Highway 93 to change a flat tire on our camper. He was so professional, kind, and efficient. We were quickly on our way with a whole new set of much better tires. Our family feels so much safer. Thank you all!
Took 3 hrs for a tire rotation .wasn't very happy!
My family visits Lake County every summer. This summer we got the pleasure of meeting a screw that flattened one of tires. I easily made an 8:00 AM appointment on the Les Schwab website. I arrived a bit before 8:00. They opened right at 8:00. My car was on the rack by about 8:05 and I was on my way by 8:20. The staff were very professional and pleasant. And there was no fee. The staff member simply said, “Remember us when you need new tires.” And I definitely will. Thank you.
Manager begrudgingly made me an appointment. Acted like I was an inconvenience to him. I canceled and went elsewhere. Have heard shop does a decent job, but I'll never find out.
