Every year I'm late to getting my snow tires on but when I get there they are very helpful and even when very busy staff is pleasant and they always do such a great job
Came out of Red Lion and discovered I had a dead-flat tire. It was 4th of July weekend. Called the shop and Levi literally dropped everything and showed up with the service truck. Good thing too. My little emergency compressor wouldn’t compete with the puncture I had. The service and friendliness I encountered were nothing short of 5 Star - and I started life in California - so 6 stars! We have stopped here several times while traveling and they have always been amazing, going above and beyond to help as much as they can. Really appreciate these people.
I stopped in for a tire rotation, they were quick and it was fine at first. I had to go back because my truck was pulling so hard to the right I almost couldn’t let go of the wheel. They re-rotated it back how it was after I waited another hour, wouldn’t give a refund which is fine. Being a person who doesn’t know much about cars, who knows what could have happened if I didn’t go back after they said it was good to go. They should definitely test drive it after they work on it!
Great guys, highly recommended. Fit me in and fixed my flat in record time.
