Love this place. They're always honest and do an amazing job. They sell you what you actually need.
Updating*** ok Nate since you responded I will update review. Technically they did see me last min. It was a really busy that day. Let me tell you though scaring the life out of me about a lost car is not okay. But they always help any customer that comes in whether you have Les Schwab tires or not which I appreciate. Air service will help anyone in need of air and this location has helped me with a tire repair in the past for free. Still recommend but communication needs a little bit of improvement from tech to tech.
Was out of town but needed brakes done. They did a great job identifying and fixing my brake issue as well as the general steering maintenance work. Everything they recommended was consistent with my own understanding of what needed to be done. The price is competitive and had high trust after interacting with their staff, which is why I opted for the additional steering replacement work (which I had post-poned until now, because of either price or trust). Clear communication, great experience!
