They really couldn't careless after getting my money in there pocket. Customer satisfaction is there #1 priority is a total lie. This is a new Co now with an old scam. I had my tires balanced there and they where worse than before. I told the manager and he said I bought junk brand tires. Pirelli's are not junk. So they stole my money. Please stop advertising doing the right thing matters I had been going to your store front for 20 years until I started being up sold and screwed by your sales team even sold things I didn't even neef I feel you lost your ability to do the right thing by people please discontinue that slogan.
Les Schwab stole $480 out of the counsel during the inspection. Nate Baer lied about a police report being done. He would not even give me his last name. Next step is a civil lawsuit.
The Aloha, Oregon store wouldn't sell us two tires and mount them. They wanted to sell us 4 tires at close to $900. We have perfectly good tread on our other two tires. They wouldn't do it for two, only because the tread on the two we already have will be different from the ones they have!!!! ??? WHAT???
