Requested new brakes. They recommended rotors and calipers, without explanation or detail. The total was $813 they offered a $2 military discount🤯. It is very minimal considering the total cost and felt disrespectful even. They also threw away the boxes from the parts which means the lifetime warranty can’t be applied.
I've been a Les Schwab customer for 34 years and I equate the company spirit and service standards higher than any other company I've worked with as a consumer.
Love this location! They are always honest, helpful and do not over charge. I wish all locations were more like them.
Fantastic service! I’ve definitely found my go-to tire shop. I came in with a flat from the most enormous nail ever, and the team was incredibly helpful, they tried to patch it but the damage was too severe. Thankfully I had previously replaced all four tires with Les Schwab and the warranty covered it. They even went out of their way to help me find the warranty since I replaced the tires under my old phone number.
