I scheduled to have 4 new tires installed on my truck a week before. I called in to move appointment up a day to the 24th of February 2026. I was told the tire I ordered was not in but they would comp me to next tire. When I arrrived for my 8 am appointment I requested that the spare which was in the rear right position be swapped for the current old front driver side tire. Excellent customer service. Pricing obviously isn't up to the staff. The quality of the work, communication, and explanations was 5 star.
This is not about Les Schwab - they are great! I don’t know where to put suggestions for Google maps maybe somebody can tell me – but one thing that really bugs me is when I’m looking at directions on the map. I cannot see the names of the streets - well major streets, but I have to enlarge it so big that I can’t see any of the other streets though. I would really like it if you could see at least the major and secondary artery streets when you enlarge the map my two cents. I’m new to the area and trying to learn it, so just... read more
