Was up sold a bunch of stuff I don't think we needed felt like it was a used car salesman selling me tires.
Matt was very helpful in diagnosing a suspicious knocking noise when going over bumps, plus the oil change and engine air filter replacement gives me peace of mind. Marika, of course, is always nice. Great place to go for tires and maintenance.
This place has horrible customer service I went in to get my oil change and wheel alignment. They told me I need new control arms which I got and the wheels still haven’t been fixed correctly. They also forgot to put in my skid plate back in for an oil change and it fell half off on the freeway and nearly cut one of my tires from the damage. I went in to ask for a new skid plate.
