I have had pretty much every single oil change on all my vehicles here. Every time staff are friendly and kind. Never condescending like some oil places are. Always happy to help with flat tires too. I get my tires here too, just so nice and make it so easy. This is definitely the nicer place to go in Mendocino county.
I recently bought 4 new tires there in Ukiah. They told me they could not align my tires because I needed a $600.00 tie rods. So I took it to Royal Automotive in Lakeport. They put it up on their lift and told me I did not need new tie rods. So they aligned my tires instead. Be careful.
Got my first oil change and tire rotation there and they were great! Not sure if they do everyday just had Spanish and English speaking employees. I just think they were great. To update I went back and love this place.
