Good service is hard to come by in Ukiah. Les Schwab has it. I have been amazed each time I’ve come in for anything from their free flat repair to full new tires at the awesome and friendly service, the follow thru and the value!
Great customer service
Showed up there with a flat tire over 200 miles away from home and I will never forget the generosity and customer service I was shown. That bad day could have ruined my life but they helped me figure it out.
Had to have master cylinder replaced. The new one was the wrong one and because of that I had to leave truck overnight. Then they wanted to keep it over the weekend because according to them they couldn't find this part that goes on top of master cylinder and they stated 2 bleeder valves weren't wanting to open to bleed. In the end the brakes weren't much better then when I brought it in. Next time I'm going to check out Big O. They seem a little more together. Les Schwab's didn't impress me at all.
