This shop is remarkable. They open early when customers show up. They run from the bay to greet you. Pedro was fast, professional, and courteous. Clean lobby, good coffee, and great service.
I arrived 5 minutes late, and they refused to service my truck for an oil change; I made the trip from Mazama to Chelan for nothing. The person helping me was incredibly rude and completely unfriendly. They’ve lost a customer who used to go to them regardless of the distance.
Got talked into buying a nice set of new tires they were selling and when they didnt perform the expected mileage I was given 25 percent off a new set to make up for it. Came back 6 months later and they still honored that. That's good business
