I was traveling across country and had a nail through the side wall of my tire. I called on the road hazard warranty and Les Schwab took care of the problem, even though I was 2500 miles from the closest Les Schwab location. Thank you Dan in the Chelan, WA store.
These guys are amazing. Knew I was working on a budget to get my repairs done and gave me two quote options to choose from. The shop down the road, I asked for a quote to fix specific parts and they come back with a quote with three more things on there than what I asked for before even looking at it. Fixed what needed fixed and sent me on my way. Major kudos to Javier and Carlos.
