Horrible. I paid for a relearn tool reset for my tire sensors and suddenly I have a tire leak in a completely different tire from the one I was having issues with. Cant prove sabotage but it was some awfully convenient timing.
Great customer service is so hard to find these days, but not at Les Schwab. Every single time I've been here, I have experienced nothing but top quality customer service. The employees are nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Me and my family are lifelong customers.
I came here for some tires after waiting a week to find someone to service my vehicle. My appointment was supposed to be later in the day, I called again and this center was able to help me move up my appointment after expressing the urgency of my situation. I came in for my appointment and was helped immediately. Wonderful customer service. Thank you Jason D!! Will be a returning customer.
