Great customer service is so hard to find these days, but not at Les Schwab. Every single time I've been here, I have experienced nothing but top quality customer service. The employees are nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Me and my family are lifelong customers.
I came here for some tires after waiting a week to find someone to service my vehicle. My appointment was supposed to be later in the day, I called again and this center was able to help me move up my appointment after expressing the urgency of my situation. I came in for my appointment and was helped immediately. Wonderful customer service. Thank you Jason D!! Will be a returning customer.

If you have an older truck, it’s got too many issues. They won’t sit there and help you out and do one part at a time. I have gone here four different times and Jason the store manager has turned me down because of an other issue that has nothing to do with my alignmentthis time he turned me down because of my rear brakes. This store is trash. Lew has gone to hell and I do not recommend doing business with this Jason fella who is the manager of this store as I left I had worse break problems than when I got there.
