I made an appointment online for a simple seasonal tire switch out. 45 minutes after my appointment time, they still hadn’t started. After I was told I was next in line, I sat and watched as all 6 bays emptied and filled back up and STILL my car was not attended. When I questioned the man behind the desk he made excuses about appointments taking 2 hours, non-appointments taking all day. I get that times are tough right now and everyone is doing the best they can. But why offer appointments at all if you aren’t going to honor... read more

What happened to Les Schwab's service? I remember when it was a requirement for the service personnel running everywhere they went. Now all I see are young guys moping everywhere. I am not Impressed with the Pasco Rd. 68 shop and will never return here again.....
We were traveling through when we noticed our trailer tire was separated. Pulled in a few minutes before they opened and they helped us to get back on the road quickly with a brand new tire. Thank you
The alignment was done correctly on my car, however the mechanic left grease Mark's on the dashboard that did not show professional workmanship. The manager ended up cleaning the mechanics mess. Not sure if I'll trust them to take care of my car next time.
Customer of 10 years, but I was mistreated so many times this last week it is sickening! I went in to purchase at least 1 tire, but decided to buy all 4. My car was taken to have the tires put on. I was then informed that they just have too hard of a time removing the lug nuts and they'd really appreciate if I'd buy all new ones because they are damaging the ones they are removing. $60 additional unplanned dollars I paid to help make their day easier.
