Solid service, good folks I have done a lot of business with this store over the years and they have always done a great job for me. I have had them do brake jobs, tires for various cars, snow tires on my SUV, and repairs as needed. Thier style is very direct. They let you know when they have a safety concern about your tires. Since I often have my sons in the car, I appreciate that. I have nothing bad to say about this store!
Just for Rich, the Les Schwab manager I walked in this location to have my tires rotated. I showed up at 4:55pm when the store closes at 5pm. Rich (the manager) asked: "Can I help you?" Me: "do you have time for a tire rotation?" Rich (rudely): "Yes, why did you wait 5 minutes before we close?... I mean... Jesus Christ." Me:" I just got off work" Rich: "We d like to get off work and go home too! " I thought Les Schwab is all about going the extra mile to help people! isn't that what the commercials show?
