Always friendly service. Technicians are wonderful and informative. Lobby and bathrooms are clean and comfortable.
I want to trust my local shops with my business and vehicles. What I dont want is the vehicle that I take care of inside and out to be handed over to people that dont care about the customer's vehicle. The inside of my door was filthy and so was my steering wheel. Thx for the service but I didnt want to spend $280 to clean up after you.

Once i'd navigated the one-way street and traffic, i was treated with efficiency and courtesy, the work was done in the time i was told it would take, and when it happened that they could do less than than they expected, they did less and charged me less than quoted
Les Schwab is always a great choice! Great service! Great prices. Always honest. And everyone loves the iconic free popcorn to eat while you wait. They take customer care seriously.
