!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Do not go here if you value your safety ,your vehicle or anyone in it. Went in for a simple alignment and these guys have now made my truck way worse and unsafe to drive they knew this and did not care still gave me the truck back as well as charged me and said it was good and fixed when they knew it wasnt. I’ve used this Les Schwab for years, but I’m growing increasingly distrustful. They recommended I hange my front bushings and arms that hold the bushings, and I learned from my mechanic that they do this often, and it is usually way too early when they recommend it. I’ve seen them recommending this to every customer that I stand in line with almost since that point. Popped in to check tire pressure, didn't need to get out, personable friendly young man helped us and checked all tires.
As a senior citizen I was very well respected.. I never experienced the profession with the whole staff and the comfort of the waiting room. They even provided transportation for me and I was very grateful for that because I didn’t have a ride home when they worked on my car and got the part. I was also picked up the next day. The greatest gift was the application was approved for monthly payments and plus!
Service was great and very fast for not having an appointment!!
