We need a new tire after a flat, we had purchased 4 new ones a year ago, Les Schwab has been true to their warranty, Service was honest, quick and reliable. I will be trusting purchase from them for every vehicle now.
This Les Schwab location has the most friendly and confident mechanics with professional manner when comes to informing the customer about their car concerns.
I brought my mother‘s car in with a deflated tire. They immediately identified the car, asked no questions, fixed the leak, adjusted the air in the other three tires, and charged me nothing. All the service people were friendly. The waiting room was pleasant and supplied free bottled water, coffee, popcorn, and even telephone battery charging. I have never encountered a business more customer-friendly and service-oriented. Kudos!!!
