Second time visiting this area, and I've had a tire issue both times. Les Schwab was stellar both times in getting me in quickly, getting the tire assessed and getting me back on the road. This last time, they knew I was headed to the airport and I was concerned I might miss my flight, but they were so exceptional, that I was only delayed by about 20 minutes before I had my care back. This place is the best.
Needing a critical brake repair has never been so quick and professional, until I had my experience with this location. Evee handled my situation with determination and stayed past closing to make sure I was safely on the road after my repair. I appreciate the great customer service and a job well done.
You will understand my 5***** most in that I choose to drive an hour and a half for the Reedsport Les Schwab service. Don't get me wrong, I have always met with every Les Schwab tire center worth my lifetime tire purchasing commitment.
