Flat tire on 101 north of Reedsport while towing travel trailer. Tow truck to Les Schwab in Reedsport, leaving wife and dogs to guard the Airstream. Got me in fast and plugged the tire at no cost! The entire crew was professional and compassionate. Two big thumbs up!
Lee and his crew stayed late on a Friday until we made it there on a spare donut. They didn't have my size in stock but first thing Saturday Lee brought the right size from Coos Bay and got me and my family on our way. Thanks for being great!
As we were driving down the road, we were told our tire was wobbly. We pulled right into the Reedsport Les Schwab parking lot. Ben, one of the techs ran out of the shop and greeted us with a smile, got our story and made sure everything was ship shape right there in the lot. Got us on our way in a matter of minutes! Thanks Ben!
Quoted price on phone, when got there cost was $40 higher. No one at counter, had to go into the work area to get someone.
