Wow, what a disappointment… And a rip off… I towed my car to the Reedsport location with no brakes. They pushed it into the shop. A few minutes later Jeremy told me I needed calipers and pads to the tune of over $1500. Then they said if that wasn’t the fix, they would continue looking… What??? I towed it back out and I took it to a different shop. Did a fine job changing my oil, no complaints.
Great experience. Front desk gal not too friendly but got my vehicle in right away by a service representative. We were on vacation and they fixed my squeaky brake and we were on our way within an hour. Super grateful for their prompt efficient service.
Service was good, as it is in all Les Schwabs, prices were way too high even compared to other Les Schwabs, but it's a tiny town so there are no other options.
