Traveling through Helena to Great Falls on a cold snowy day and the tire light came on. Called my regular tire shop in GTF and they recommend me to Les Schwab Tire Center. The center was clean and staff was professional.
I have always received nothing but top notch service. My vehicle we use to evacuate was told in there today. I left a note with the keys explaining. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a couple of hours. Will pick up tomorrow so they will garage it for me.
I went into Yuba City Les Schwab on 9/10/2021 to get the air checked in my tires due to tire pressure light being on. I pull into the first bay and was instructed to go 2 bays over. I pull up and while the technician is checking my tires, another employee starts to take a tire off the rack next to me, and HITS MY CAR DOOR!!. BEWARE! RIP OFF! LIERS! I'll never, ever take another vehicle to Les Schwab Tire Center at 1635 Herndon Ave. They have lied to my family for the last time. They told my wife that her battery was almost dead and needed to be replaced. We didn't, and AAA checked it for us and the battery was fine. It still works months later. Now, a brake job turns out to be a con job. The "Les Schwab Way" is bogus. They insisted that the rotors were bad and couldn't be machined. Wrong! My family has been coming to Le Schwab for over 10 years because of the wonderful service. They tell you straight if anything's wrong with the car. If something needs to be fixed or replace, they tell you why and how long it's safe to go without it. We've even stopped in a few times to have them air up our tires. Takes less than 5-minutes and they give it a quick look checking for punctures.
