I have been doing business with the Evergreen store since they opened. Yesterday I was in there and have never been treated to badly. Talked down to, the MANAGER was so rude and derogatory. I will never step foot in there again.
They scam, lie and have no clue what they are talking about. Terrible customer service and horrible attitudes. Go anywhere else.

To whom it may concern: My Les Schwab experience I started approximately 3/24/15. I brought my 2004 Chevrolet 2500 HD in to have the front end thoroughly gone through and aligned since it had never been done and I had just bought 3 sets of tires for it. The truck had 134250 miles on it and I was told that both upper ball joints were bad so they would replace the whole upper control arms.
