They rushed the work on my breaks, shocks and cv joint. Yet 530 turned into 640, told them not to hurry. Yet I couldn't wait any longer so I had to pick it up the next morning. There was a broken bracket that they failed to mention to me that rattled for a week. I spent over 5k at this les scwab ust to have Justin tells me it's not his fault he didn't mention the broken part because it was broken before coming in. Pulled up in our motor home not knowing anything about our tires. The technician was fantastic checking the quality of our tires and the tire pressure. He also educated us on proper pressure, tire life, and what to look for as far as proper wear. Wonderful service.
My tire went flat and I was calling around to ask about repair cost, I called Les Schwab in Liberty Lake and they told me there was no cost today. I took my car in and they had it done within an hour. I didn’t buy my tires through them, but I will be in the future. Such a kind gesture in an unkind world right now ♥️
